• Aim for a specific length (under 2mins for most videos)
• 5-10min videos for complex walkthroughs or thoughtful considerations is okay

• Let the other person know in a message (if it’s an email, Slack or Threads message) how long the video is so that they know what to expect when they go to watch it

👋 Give Kudos

• As a viewer, leave emoji’s – it’s fun for the creator and let’s other viewers know which parts resonated with them
• Leave transactional comments, like “This section is great!"
• Don't leave longer comments that require ongoing discussion – Loom is not the right place to host and search for feedback
